- The first email may take between 5 minutes to 30 minutes to be received and will contain the link(s) for the ebooks.
- The second email would contain the registration code for the quiz and that should arrive within 24 hours. Be sure to check your spam folder!
- In the first email you will see the ebook(s) listed so select the second link as provided. The other format is used for kindle and ipad/ipod ebook readers only.
- Click to link to begin the download process
- The ebook(s) will be installed and available to read anytime
- In order to read your ebook you must have an ebook reader installed first. If you don’t have one you may obtain a free one from the website below

- Once you completed reading the material you are ready to take the quiz
- Look for the second email which will have your registration code and link for quiz
- Click on link to the website and register
- You will receive an email confirming your registration
- Begin your exam. Each course contains 40 multiple choice questions
- Upon completion there will be a link to print your letter.
